P&G UX Dashboard
At Proctor & Gamble’s Manufacturing Plant, I performed UX Research to address “phantom pallets” in the Swiffer business. I delivered a data visualization dashboard in Power BI that idendtifed and recovered $50,000 per month in lost material.

An Iterative Process
Systems Thinking
in an effort to apply UX to a non-traditional design space, I conducted employee intereviews and created a systems map to investigate the root cause of leaks in the warehouse management system at P&G’s Tabler Station plant. Material Flow Map
I was tasked to mitigate “Phantom Pallets” which occur when unfinished raw material cannot be used in the next Production Order (PO) becuase it has gone “missing” in the system. I uncovered that the two inventory data systems were not sending notifications to forklift drivers at the end of a PO because of a lack of digital integration.
